Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information FestiVault ("we", "us") collects, how we use it and the choices you have. By using FestiVault you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and display name, used to create and secure your account.
- Content you create — the events you add to your vault and upcoming list, the artists you mark as seen and any profile details (username, bio, location) you provide.
- Social connections — friend requests and friendships you create within the app.
- Device information — for the iOS app, a notification token used to deliver reminders you have enabled.
How we use your information
- To provide the core service — saving your concert and festival history and showing it to you and where you choose, your friends.
- To send notifications you have opted into (such as event reminders), which you can turn off in Settings.
- To maintain the security and integrity of your account.
How your information is shared
Content you mark as private is visible only to you. Public content (such as events in your vault that are not marked private) may be visible to your friends within the app. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use Supabase to host our database and authentication, and third-party event sources (such as Ticketmaster, Dice, Skiddle and others) to look up event details you import. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service.
Data retention & deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Your choices
- Update your email, password and profile from Settings.
- Control notification and default-privacy preferences from Settings.
- Delete your account at any time.
